In a wide pan, dry roast the oats, pecans, almond slices, pumpkin seeds, and salt on medium low heat for 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture in a medium sized bowl and set aside.
In the same pan, combine honey and oil together. Let the mixture cook for about 2-3 minutes on medium heat until it becomes bubbly.
Transfer the roasted ingredients in the honey mixture and mix them until they are coated well.
On medium low heat, roast the oats mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Next, stir the mixture well, spread it evenly on the pan, and roast it without stirring for 3 minutes on low heat.
Remove it from the heat and combine the raisins with the granola. Press the mixture with the back of a spatula to the pan.
Let the granola sit in the pan for 10-15 minutes to achieve larger chunks.
Break the granola with your hands and transfer them to the container. Do not seal the container until the granola is completely dry.
