Apple Cinnamon oatmeal is a healthy breakfast packed with loads of fiber and nutrients. Oatmeal is hearty, satisfying, and provides good energy to start your day. This recipe can be made vegan just by adding maple syrup, brown sugar, or any dairy-free milk/water. Isn’t it simple?

This easy oatmeal is made on a stovetop but you can cook the oats in the microwave just before eating. You can sauté apples on a stovetop ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator for convenience.

You can make a single serving of oatmeal just by reducing the amount into half or make a big batch for a meal prep by doubling or tripling the recipe ingredients. Enjoy this oatmeal warm or cold as per your preference.

If you are looking to add some protein in this bowl, you can add a scoop of protein powder and skip adding honey in the recipe. The possibilities are endless!
