- 2 medium Green chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Yogurt thick
- 2 tbsp Peanuts roasted, crushed

Grate red radish, add a pinch of salt, and let it sit aside for 10 minutes.

Whisk some yogurt and combine it into the bowl.
Add salt, sugar, freshly ground black pepper, crushed peanuts, and mix everything well.
- Adding a pinch of salt into grated radish for 10 minutes will help to release the water from the radish.
- Squeezing out the water from the radish will keep the raita thick, creamy, and tasty.
- Combining full fat yogurt or greek yogurt makes the raita taste heavenly - but you can add any kind of plain yogurt.
- Adjust the spiciness, salt, and sugar according to your taste.
- You can skip adding crushed peanuts into the recipe for a nut-free option.
- Adding Serrano peppers instead of green chillies gives an amazing taste to the dish as well.
